Recuperaram-se os cadernos de família e papéis soltos para organizar as receitas de Maria Rosa Moura, numa iniciativa do Munícipio de Monforte.

“Haja Alegria! – (Alentejo Cuisine from the Recipes of Maria Rosa Moura)” is a tribute to the people, traditions, and cultural identity of Monforte. Family notebooks and scattered papers were recovered to organize the recipes of Maria Rosa Moura, in an initiative by the Municipality of Monforte.
